James is an experienced leisure professional with over three decades focused on visitor experiences encompassing activity provision, food and beverage, event planning and hire services in a wide variety of settings. For the past 12 years, James has worked closely with Holkham Hall in Norfolk - a Treasure House of England, to develop and provide their provision for visitors, which has seen an annual growth each year.
Collaborating closely with Holkham Hall's estates team, James has spearheaded the creation of a numerous sympathetic activities, concession offerings, hire, and event management services under the Holkham Hall brand. This innovative approach showcases James's commitment to crafting diverse and engaging visitor experiences.
James completely understands the unique opportunities and challenges in working with large estates. His track record of successful ventures, combined with a keen awareness of the intricacies involved, positions him as a reliable partner for those seeking visitor leisuresolutions that are both exceptional and tailored to the specific demands of large estates.
Peter Brown
Peter is a leisure expert with a wealth of experience spanning over three decades in both indoor and outdoor visitor experience provision and growth. With a passion for adventurous activities, he started his career managing activity centers before moving to Go Ape! where he contributed significantly to the expansion of the Go Ape adventure products across the UK and the USA, often in environmentally and culturally sensitive areas. This was followed by a move to lead and develop a portfolio of indoor European family leisure businesses for a large American operator, launching new businesses across Europe and in China.
Peter has extensive experience in scaling innovative concepts and ensuring a consistently high-quality offering and visitor experience. His commitment to excellence and standards has ensured a strong reputation in the active leisure industry, and an extensive network of connections with providers and suppliers in both indoor and outdoor activities and experiences.
